ASCII Software Ltd reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. It is the users responsibility to check these terms on a regular basis to ensure compliance. Users will act in a responsible manner with regard to The Chat Shack Network resources and are expected to remove chat room users found to be abusing these resources, for example, room flooding etc. Users must not use our chat rooms to promote or incite illegal or immoral behaviour or anything else deemed by us to reflect badly on the website. Only one account per person is permitted without prior permission in writing from ASCII Software Ltd.
Restrictions Of Use
We do NOT allow pages or topics of the following nature to use our network. Users found in breech of this condition will have their account immediately deactivated. Types of sites not allowed in our network, at the sole discretion of ASCII Software Ltd include adult topics, hacking and phreaking, hate, racist, immoral or illegal content or related topics. This extends to the content of banner images and creatives. The Chat Shack Network reserves the right to cancel any account at any time without notice.

User shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Chat Shack Network (ASCII Software Ltd) and its respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, and employees against any loss relating to or arising out of use of our site or USER'S product or the content of any website delivered, including but not limited to materials that violate the right of a third party; materials that are defamatory or obscene; or materials that would constitute a criminal offence.
The Chat Shack Network is not liable to any claims, representation or warranties made by the User, including but not limited to the contents of their sites. Under no circumstances shall The Chat Shack Network be liable to Users for any loss, injury, or damage, of whatever kind of nature, resulting from or arising out of the chat program or web site. The Chat Shack Network makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, concerning the performance and functionality of the chat program or website and hereby expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
